My active involvement in various organizational roles has shaped a strong interest in human resource development, people management, and organizational growth. Work & Experience
Responsibility : - Create letters to be sent to each branch office to immediately resolve some unresolved accounting data - Processing billing notes data from each branch office - Print credit and debit notes and register the note information and data into the record book - Distribute notes to relevant divisions to inform that there are notes that must be resolved immediately before the due date - Managing internal transaction report data between BRI Yogyakarta work units (PAUK and IA Aging) using Microsoft Excel
Responsibility : - Create bonding activities to engage 40+ members - Provide consultation space for member who have a problem in organization - Maintain member activity tracker to monitored member performance each month
