Sales Data Analyst - Jakarta

Monitor, validate, and maintain the accuracy of sales and inventory data

Review, analyze, and interpret sales reports and other commercial performance data

Conduct in-depth sales analysis by customer, product, sales channel, and promotional programs to identify trends and business opportunities

Provide actionable insights, recommendations, and data-driven solutions to support business decisions

Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure the accuracy of sales transactions and customer accounts receivable

Prepare accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports for the Commercial department

Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests as required

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role

Proven experience in preparing and presenting business reports and data analyses

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with additional data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail, with the ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work proactively

Willing to be placed in Meruya, West Jakarta office
