Job Description

• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing communication campaigns to promote products, services, and events. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Develop a consistent brand voice and ensure messaging aligns with the company’s values and target audience. Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Use insights to develop effective communication strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Coordinate press releases and media coverage to enhance the company’s public image.
• Assist in planning and promoting company events, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate communication efforts to maximize event attendance and engagement.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, email newsletters, and promotional videos.
• Documenting the Quadra project for marketing purposes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing communication, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in marketing communication.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
