Job Description
• Manage and coordinate the COO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and compile reports, meeting materials, presentations, and minutes with accuracy and timeliness
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the COO’s activities run smoothly and efficiently
• Serve as a primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination
• Monitor and follow up on key action items, supporting the execution of priorities and strategic initiatives
• Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
• Anticipate the COO’s needs and provide proactive, thoughtful assistance as required.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior-level executives
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Demonstrated maturity, discretion, and a high level of professionalism in all interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity platforms
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
