Job Description

1. Maximum age 25 years old.
2. Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering, Architect/Interior Design, Economic/Management, or related background from reputable Universities (with maximum 2 years of work experience are welcomed).
3. Minimum GPA: 3.25.
4. Excellent in oral and written English.
5. Have a good communication skill and conceptual thinking to create breakthrough.
6. Proven leadership and organizational experience.
7. Exhibit good interpersonal skills.
8. Willing to follow a mentoring and comprehensive leadership program.
9. Willing to be located all over Indonesia (Medan, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Yogyakarta or Denpasar).
10. Program will start at April 2025.
