Job Description

Requirements:
• Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor Degree majoring in Architect/Interior Design, Engineering, Economic/Management, or related background from reputable Universities (with maximum 2 years of work experience are welcomed).
• Minimum GPA: 3.25.
• Excellent in oral and written English.
• Have a good communication skill and conceptual thinking to create breakthrough.
• Proven leadership and organizational experience.
• Exhibit good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to follow a mentoring and comprehensive leadership program.
• Willing to be located all over Indonesia (Bandung, Medan, Semarang, Surabaya, Yogyakarta or Denpasar).
• Program will start at April 2026.
