Facilitated training sessions and served as Master of Ceremony (MC) for corporate events, including a retirement gathering. 3. Conducted job analysis and developed job descriptions, while collaborating with stakeholders to discuss and align technical competencies with organizational needs. 4. Developed and managed talent management tools and documentation, including competency assessment forms, Individual Development Plans (IDP), talent pool and talent nomination forms, as well as employee assessment processes (psychological testing and scoring).
