● Work under experts and held 2 projects; preparation of Road Map Document and Construction Project Based Standard Operating Procedur (SOP) Document of Dinas Sumber Daya Air Provinsi DKI Jakarta ● Carry out primary and secondary data collection to conduct Key Performance Indicator (KPI) mapping, ARACI analysis, and program urgency analysis ● Collect data with regulation research, in-depth interviews with each field, and interpret the results with team ● Successfully worked with the team to develop the Road Map Document and 39 Construction Project Based SOP Document
● Work with Quality Control Staff to control the road construction project of BSD underpass crossing Serpong - Balaraja Toll Road ● Ensure the quality used in the construction is in accordance with drawings and specifications ● Checking soil quality, open channel casting, and material quality in the construction of BSD underpass crossing Serpong – Balaraja Toll Road ● Successfully recapitulate the work results on site
