Education
During my Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Institut Teknologi Bandung (2022–2024), I specialized in marketing strategy and business analysis. My research on "The Impacts of CAMELS Methods on Stock Return in Digital Banks Listed on IDX (2020–2023)" strengthened my ability to analyze market trends and financial performance, providing valuable insights for strategic marketing decisions. I also gained hands-on experience in developing marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and market research through various professional roles. My involvement as a Culture Staff in the Association of MBA ITB (ASOMBA) allowed me to collaborate on business partnerships and cultural initiatives, enhancing my skills in brand positioning and audience engagement. This combination of academic knowledge and practical experience has equipped me with the marketing expertise to create data-driven strategies, optimize brand performance, and drive business growth in competitive markets.
During my studies in Telecommunication and Informatics Business Management at Telkom University (2018–2022), I gained a strong foundation in marketing strategies, digital business, and market analysis within the telecommunication and informatics industries. My thesis, "The Impacts of Financial Ratio on Financial Distress Conditions Using the Altman Z-score Model in the Hotel Industry Listed on IDX (2018–2022)," enhanced my ability to analyze market conditions and develop data-driven strategies for business sustainability. I actively applied my marketing skills through various professional roles, including serving as a Brand Ambassador for PT. Trainers Management Indonesia, where I promoted brand visibility and engaged with target audiences. Additionally, my role as Marketing and Operational Manager at Zade.inc allowed me to design marketing strategies, conduct customer research, and manage product sales to drive business growth. Involvement in organizations like BEM Telkom University and UKM Embun further strengthened my leadership, event marketing, and financial planning skills. Graduating with Cum Laude honors reflects my dedication to combining academic knowledge with practical marketing experience.
