At PT Sinergi Mitra Jaya, im working as sales project. the product that we sales are carpet and vinyl from SMJ brand and Voxflor brand. my duties are : • Learn and be knowledgeable about all the selling product. • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion. • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs. • Making contract of sales and sales order to customer and company for record. • Maintain relationship with every customer to represent the company. • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems. • Answer questions about the products. • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements. • Collaborate with colleagues in many different design and build sectors. • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships • Do meeting and entertain customers to get information about they needs and demand.

at PT Jakarta International Expo i was procurement staff where i've to accompany user at Sipil and Building section to search and negotiating the price with vendor. my duties are : • Assisting the Buying team with stock related administrative duties • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. • Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock. • Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers. • Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost effective contracts and deals. • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
