Responsible to organize and maintain marketing and sales documents quickly and regularly, prepare marketing reports (daily, weekly, monthly), building relationship with customer, perform administrative tasks related to marketing (Memo, MoM, Letter of Offering (LoO)), perform general administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing team, attract customer to buy product.

a.Responsible doing end-to end project that gaining target costumer to return their purchase, maintaining good relationship with customer, resolved customer issues and enquiries via chat and email, doing soft selling and up selling, doing end-to-end costumer survey, training for Costumer Service. b. Successfully doing Top Spender Rahsa Project and CRM Campaigns from idea, execute and evaluating programme, resolved any issues doing CRM Campaign, doing Customer Survey, Costumer Service Tasks, managing customer data with G-suites . c. Achieve target sales KPIs include sales revenue of 40 million, basket size target, obtained 450+ data consumers for Top Spender Programme, resolved 100+ complaints from costumer, increased Customer Satisfaction by 30%, resolved all request for Rahsa Untuk Bumi Programme, successfully making new face for Rahsa Nusantara Website from customer insight.

a. Responsible to giving clearly and effectively information regarding programme, assist in registering consumer vehicles for Subsidi Tepat program, doing administration tasks, participated and support Pertamina Events. b. Successfully increase customer satisfaction and awareness about Subsisdi Tepat program with problem solving skill and communication skill. c. Resolved 50+ complaint from customer of Subsidi Tepat Program, collected and organizing 100+ data of vehicle license numbers that registed as Subsidi Tepat program users, successfully assist in preparing events involving Pertamina to promote their products.
