Literary. During my college period, I was also active in organizations
such as the Students’ Executive Board (BEM) as a coordinator of the
Academic Division. I also have 2 years of experience in process
Customer-facing, Customer Experience, and Customer Support. I was
doing some professional work such as a Client Relations Specialist at
PT. Teknologi Perdana Indonesia (Maxim Transportasi Online) and PT. Rumah Mebel
Nusantara (IKEA). Looking to continue to excel in client relationship management and
