I was graduated from Malang State university majoring educational technology, focusing on Training
Need Analyst (TNA), learning and development got some work experiences as an kitchen crew, customer
care English agent and micro bussines marketing. Very interested and enthusiast in communication, F&B
industry, technology, speaking and negotiation skills, and developing creative ways to solve problems.

▪ Teaching in class every day in school with more than 80 students ▪ Improving literacy, numeracy and technology adaptation in school for 4 months ▪ Make a daily report and weekly report for 5 month ▪ Organize a monthly event or certain anniversary at least 4 event
▪ Cook order more than 10-20 order a day ▪ Help barista make a coffee and drinks ▪ Serve the food to customers
▪ Handling Customer Facing (Message, email, Social Media, Outbound & Inbound call) more than 40 cases a day ▪ Escalate customer’s problems to the internal team ▪ Checking the on hold case everyday and update it to the customer ▪ Documenting and make summary every inbound & outbound cases
▪ Micro bussines marketing lending and funding ▪ Analyze and survey customer lending request by reviewing 5C’s of the customer ▪ Maintain customer next payment date every month and solve the customer problems ▪ Succesfully disbursed funds more or less 800 Millions (KUR & Kupedes)
▪ Marketing Mandiri’s KKB New car, Used car and New Motorcycle ▪ Analyze and survey customer lending request by reviewing 5C’s of the customer ▪ Maintain customer next payment date every month and solve the customer problems ▪ Always Update information about new car and new motorcycle from the dealer
