About Candidate
I am a Bachelor’s degree graduate from Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, majoring in Social Welfare. I have experience in organizational activities focused on community service. I also have internship experience as a data verification and validation officer for social assistance recipients at the Ministry of Social Affairs. Additionally, I worked as a Freelance Quality Control staff at a survey company, where I reviewed data and recordings to ensure compliance with company standards. Furthermore, I have experience working as an administrative staff member at a private company. I am proactive, responsible, a team player, and disciplined in my work.
Education
The Social Welfare Department I pursued is a field of study focused on efforts to improve the quality of life for individuals, groups, and communities experiencing social issues. In this program, I learned how to analyze social problems, understand relevant policies, and design programs to help address these issues. In addition to studying courses within the social welfare department, I also engaged in hands-on practice by participating in community service. This included involvement in both internal and external organizations to enhance my experience and better understand the characteristics of individuals, groups, and communities.
Work & Experience
Responsible as an administrative staff for managing documents, scheduling deliveries, responding to incoming WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and emails from customers and distributors, ensuring shipments, managing material inventory, creating Purchase Orders, negotiating with vendors, preparing daily and monthly material reports, creating monthly sales reports, and conducting stock-taking activities. Additionally, served as a content creator for Instagram and TikTok.
Experienced in Quality Control at Polling Center, conducting data verification processes using the Survey To Go application and analyzing data with Google Sheets. Reviewed respondent recordings submitted by interviewers to ensure they met company standards, optimizing recording quality. Participated in various Quality Control projects, including Qonnection Study, AIP, GFS, UMKM, Gallup World Poll, and Vaping.
Experienced as an intern in the "Pejuang Muda" program, assigned to Cilegon City. Assisted in validating population data for recipients of social programs from the Ministry of Social Affairs, namely the BPNT and PKH programs, targeting underprivileged communities. Additionally, developed and implemented social service programs for children at an orphanage in one of Cilegon's social institutions.
