Job Description
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities (end to end recruitment process).
• Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms including digital.
• Screening and selection of suitable candidates within reasonable time frames to present shortlists to User.
• Organize database and sourcing.
• Fulfill vacant positions in the company through various methods.
• Perform various administrative tasks and support the recruitment team’s daily activities.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must process at least Bachelor’s Degree (with Minimum GPA 3,25)
• At least 4-6 years of experience in head hunting company, talent acquisition, or in house Recruitment for high level position.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing, interview, and assessment techniques.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing, building talent pools, and managing recruitment processes.
• Excellent knowledge and familiarity with relevant Job Portal or sites such as Jobstreet, Linkedin, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Proactive and independent with proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
• Willing to be located in Meruya – Jakarta Barat
