- Assigned to Adhi Learning Center, a strategic learning division within PT Adhi Karya that focuses on building internal capabilities through structured training programs. - Reactivated and managed the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring synchronization of offline and online training, regular content updates, and platform optimization to support hybrid learning. - Delivered end-to-end support for internal training programs, including event preparation (opening speech decks, attendance, documentation), on-site facilitation, and post-session LMS updates and evaluations. - Assisted in curriculum-related tasks, including early-stage support for learning needs identification and analysis (TNA) and content structure, in collaboration with staff. - Maintained training administration: updated training databases, generated reports from LMS, prepared official documents (training invitations, internal memos), and managed archiving processes. - Contributed to internal branding and engagement by regularly updating Adhi Learning Center’s Instagram with documentation and highlights of training activities. - Supported continuous improvement of learning experience by observing session dynamics, gathering participant feedback, and proposing enhancements to delivery methods.
