1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market penetration, and maximize business opportunities within the assigned territory.
2. Monitor and optimize sales performance and product distribution to ensure effective execution in accordance with company policies, standards, and operational procedures.
3. Conduct regular visits to distributors and key customers to review business performance, strengthen partnerships, identify business opportunities, and ensure continuous sales growth.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
5. Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to improve productivity, strengthen execution, and achieve individual and overall sales objectives in accordance with company standards and procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial.
3. Experience in the FMCG or building materials industry is highly preferred, particularly in sales management, distributor management, and channel development.
4. Proven experience in managing and strong knowledge of the West Java and Central Java regions.
5. Highly driven, results-oriented, and proactive, with strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
6. Excellent leadership skills, with proven experience in managing and developing large sales teams.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
