We are looking for a Sales Consultant who is passionate about lifestyle, design, and creating beautiful spaces. In this role, you will help customers turn their ideas into reality by guiding them through the selection of tiles that match their personal style, needs, and vision.

Job Description

  • Welcome and engage with customers at the showroom, creating a warm and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Consult with customers to understand their lifestyle, personal taste, space, and project requirements
  • Recommend tile designs, colors, sizes, textures, and combinations that complement the customer's desired look and feel
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and follow-up
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Retail, Interior, Furniture, Lifestyle, or a related industry. Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales and design are welcome to apply.
  • Passionate about lifestyle, interiors, design, and creating beautiful spaces.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with customers.
  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and also collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Willing to work Monday–Saturday.
  • Willing to be placed at the Mangga Dua showroom.
