Job Description

  • Input and maintain valid project and promotional codes in SAP
  • Analyze product pricing and promotional performance, including e-commerce reimbursement fees, using Microsoft Excel
  • Review promotional effectiveness, pricing data, and discount calculations to support commercial decision-making
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of customer data
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and related documentation
  • Review customer and expedition letters, documents, and supporting attachments
  • Verify discount requests and ensure proper approval from the Sales Manager
  • Review stock adjustment requests submitted by the Accounting team
  • Monitor and coordinate the status of customer agreements, Bank Guarantees, and Work Agreements approaching their expiration dates
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and smooth operational processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information System, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Inventory, Supply Chain, Commercial, Logistics, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Costing, particularly in areas related to product pricing, promotional activities, and discount calculations.
  • Experience in creating, reviewing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and formula-based calculations; experience with Pivot Tables and lookup functions is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Meruya, West Jakarta.
